Draining Campaign

We encourage all anglers to drain their live wells, bilge, and boats prior to leaving the boat landing. It is illegal in the state of Wisconsin to take any water with you away from the lake because invasive species and diseases (sometimes invisible to the naked eye) often hitch a ride to a new lake in this lake water. We also encourage anglers to buy ice to place their fish on to eliminate the need to use lake water to take their fish home.
